This is a story about a parrot named Mittu. One day while flying he saw one yellow mango on the tree. He wanted to eat it. There lived a crow that tree. He shouted on Mittu to go away. Mittu got frightened and went away. But he came back with an idea. He brought a red balloon in his beak. He burst the balloon behined the tree. It made a loud noise. After hearing the sound the crow flew away in fear. At last, Mittu ate the yellow mango happily.Summary In Hindi
यह कहानी मिट्ठू नामक एक तोते की है। एक दिन उसने उड़ते हुए एक पेड़ पर एक पीला आम देखा। उसने उसे खाना चाहा। उस पेड़ पर एक कोआ रहता था। उसने मिट्ट को चिल्लाकर वहाँ से चले जाने को कहा। मिट्टू डर गया तथा वहाँ से चला गया। किंतु वह एक तरकाव के साथ पुनः वापस आया। वह अपनी चोंच में एक लाल गुब्बारा ले आया। उसने गुब्बारे को पेड़ के पीछे जाकर फोड़ दिया। इससे एक तेज़ आवाज़ हुई। इस आवाज़ को सुनकर को आ डरकर उड़ गया। अंत में मिट्ठू ने प्रसन्नतापूर्वक पीला आम खाया।Hindi Translation Of the story
1. Mittu was a parrot. A green parrot with a red heak. One day Mittu was flying. He loved to fly. He looked down. He saw a big yellow mango on a tree.
मिट्ठू लाल चोंच वाली एक हरा तोता था। एक दिन मिट्टू उड़ रहा था। उसे उड़ना पसंद था। उसने नीचे देखा। उसने एक पेड़ पर एक बड़ा-सा पीला आम देखा।
Word-Meanings: Parrot (पैरट)-a green small bird, तोता Beak (बीक) – the front portion of the mouth of the bird, चोंच। Flying (फ्लाइंग)-moving in air, हवा में उड़ते हुए। Mango ( मैंगो) – the king of fruits, फ्लों का राजा, आम
2. Mittu liked mangoes. “I want to eat that yellow mango,” he said. He flew down to the tree. “Caw, caw, go away. This is my tree,” said a voice. Mittu looked up. He saw a big black crow.
मिट्टू को आम पसंद थे। “मैं इस पीले आम को खाना चाहता हूँ.” उसने कहा। वह उड़कर पेड़ के पास आया। “काँव, काँव, चले जाओ। यह मेरा पेड़ है।” एक आवाज़ आई। मिट्ठू ने ऊपर की तरफ देखा। उसने एक बड़ा काला कौआ देखा।
Word-Meanings: Flew (फ़्लू)-moved away through, हवा मे उड़ जाना। Caw (कॉउ) – a sound of crow, कौए की आवाज़। Voice (वायस) – a Sound produced by throat, आवाज।।
3. “Caw, caw, go, go,” the crow shouted. He had a very loud voice. Mittu was afraid of the crow. He flew away. Mittu saw a red balloon. It was under a tree. He had an idea.
“काँव, काँव, जाओ, जाओ,” कौआ चिल्लाया। उसकी आवाज़ बहुत तेज़ थी। मिट्ठू कौए से डर गया और वहाँ से उड़ गया। मिट्ठू ने एक लाल गुब्बारा देखा। वह एक पेड़ के नीचे था। उसके मन में एक विचार आया।
word-Meanings: Balloon (बैलून) – a small ball filled with air, गुब्बारा। Idea ( आइडिया)- विचार, तरकीब।।
4. He picked up the red balloon. He was careful not to burst it. He flew with balloon on to the mango tree. The crow was sitting on the tree. Mittu went behind the tree. He pecked up the balloon with his red beak. “Pop!” The balloon burst. It made a loud noise.
उसने लाल गुब्बारे को उठा लिया। कहीं गुब्बारा फट न जाए, इसका उसने पूरा ध्यान रखा। वह आम के पेड़ की तरफ उड़ चला। कौआ पेड़ पर बैठा था। मिट्टू पेड़ के पीछे चला गया। उसने गुब्बारे पर अपनी | लाल चोंच मारी। “तड़ाक!” की तेज आवाज के साथ गुब्बारा जोर से फट पड़ा।
Word-Meanings: Picked (पिक्ड) – held up, उठाया। Burst (बर्स्ट) – break apart, फटना। Behind (बिहाइंड)-at the back, पीछे। Pecked (पेक्ड)-pushed with the beak, चोंच मारा। Noise (नॉइज़)-sound, आवाज़।
5. “Caw!” said the crow. And he fell off the tree. “Caw, caw, a big gun is after me,” said the crow. He flew away. He never came back to the tree.
“कॉव!” कोए ने कहा। और वह पेड़ के नीचे गिर पड़ा। “काँव, कॉव, कोई बड़ी बंदूक मेरा पीछा कर रही है।” कौए ने कहा। वह दूर उड़ चला। वह कभी पेड़ पर वापस नहीं आया।
Word-Meanings: Fell ( फैले) – came down, Forti Gun ( गन )-a kind of weapon, बदूक।
6. Mittu came to the tree. He ate the big yellow mango. “Yummy, yummy, what a nice mango!” he said. He was very happy. Clever Mittu!
मिट्ठू पेड़ पर आया। उसने बड़ा पीला आम खाया। “मजेदार मजेदार। कितना बढ़िया आम!” उसने कहा। वह बहुत खुश था। चतुर मिट्ठू!
